Introduction to Mindfulness and Breath-Awareness Meditation
hosted by Steve Olson, Jessica Morey, and Madison.
Short periods of gentle breath and body awareness practices will be done on comfortable chairs.
Mindfulness can provide a base for most spiritual, therapeutic, and recovery activities. Side-effects include calming and stress-reduction.
Q & A and information provided on how to undertake meditation with local sitting groups or with books and recordings available from Potter's House.
